During the previous year, the 50/80 point has been tested on seven Swift and one Opus cultivator. After a total trial area of 2 235 hectares, the final results are very impressive.
- The 50/80 mm point fits all of our cultivators and is particularly effective when used with Swift. In addition to the fact that the combined point works longer than a regular 50 mm point, it is also very easy to mount. Together with the Väderstad 80 mm MixIn shin, the material flow and straw mixing performance is optimised, says Magnus Samuelsson.
Väderstad’s wearing parts are manufactured at Svensk Presshärdning AB, which has been part of the Väderstad Group since 2011. The new 50/80 point can be factory fitted to Swift cultivators today, and to all other Väderstad cultivators from this October.
