With a wide range of innovative features like Acres to Empty, In-field Calibration, and Fit to Field, the iCon Wireless Control system provides you with more detailed real-time information, more automation, more customisable data, and optimised prescription mapping.
A seed’s greatest potential is at the time it is placed in the ground. For over 30 years, Väderstad Air Seeders have been delivering the precision seed-to-fertiliser placement required for outstanding emergence. The metering system is compatible with all types of seed sizes and, combined with the cart size of your choice, allows the Precision Delivery Air Carts to adapt to a wide variety of cropping preferences.
With a variety of capacity options, Precision Delivery Air Carts are designed to give you more time seeding and less time filling. Offered in four sizes, the PD 400, PD 680, PD 820 and PD 1000 have a total bin capacity of between 12685 to 35250 liters (360-1000 bushels).
The PD 400 comes factory standard as a three-bin, 360-bushel air cart. To increase capacity, customers can order the PD 400 with an optional 1410 l front bin to increase the capacity to 14095 l.
The PD 680 offers the size and flexibility to keep your operation moving with the same technology found on larger Seed Hawk Air Carts.
The PD 820 allows you to get through the day with fewer fills so you can seed more acres with precision.
The PD 1000 combines capacity, flexibility and accuracy – and is one of the largest air carts in the industry.
Stopping to guess how much product you have left in the tank is a thing of the past. The modular tank design of Precision Delivery Air Carts features individual compartment load cells.
The load cells weigh each bin separately and provide real-time verification of remaining product. The iCon Wireless Control software uses the innovative Acres to Empty feature to calculate how many acres it will cover. This ensures more efficient filling times and allows you to pinpoint your required fill volume.
The iPad-based iCon wireless control system delivers complete and easy wireless control of your Precision Delivery Air Cart and Seed Hawk Air Drill, even when you are not in the cab.

Farming’s most advanced metering technology is engineered for exceptionally precise seeding, reliable performance and easy maintenance.
Integrated, seamless design defines the Fenix III metering system, ensuring consistent product flow. It means the motor, rollers, housing, inlets and outlets work together flawlessly – and handle products like inoculants, micronutrients and problematic seeds with ease.
Sectional control works in conjunction with an independent, toolbar-mounted GPS system to eliminate overlap, save on input costs, and reduce ground disturbance of already seeded areas.
The system controls the meters on your Precision Delivery Air Cart and the openers on your Seed Hawk 40-84 to instantly stop roller rotation and product flow when encountering previously seeded ground. It also lifts the openers so you do not disturb the precision seed and fertiliser placement already completed.
Next level precision is here – introducing SCTx with Turn Compensation. SCTx uses an additional GPS receiver mounted on the tractor to greatly enhance system capabilities. This means more complex manoeuvres in the field and unprecedented capabilities to properly predict where the air drill should turn off and on.
The amount of fertiliser and seed required to achieve desired yield will vary across the field and, most times, over the width of the toolbar. Seed Hawk’s iCon system is compatible with industry leading prescription mapping to dial in the exact amount of product desired, reducing the amount of inputs used. Each 10 feet of toolbar has its own seed and fertiliser meter to ensure greater accuracy in variable terrain.
The simple design of the Precision Delivery Air Carts allows you to spend less time in the yard and more time in the field. Easy to fill, easy to adjust and easy to clean out. Optional fill systems include conveyors, augers, bag lifts, and fill chutes.
All Precision Delivery Air Carts will come outfitted with light kits with two controllable functions.
Field lights: Perimeter lighting rearward of the cart in both TBH and TBT, as well as adjustable front mounted light for air drill in TBH configurations.
Task/Service lights: catwalk/landing, internal bin, meter motor lighting.
