The 13.9-17.2 ft tine cultivators Cultus 425-525 and Cultus HD 425-525 sets a new standard in the mounted tine cultivator segment. The machines has a design adapted to modern size tractors, treating the mounted cultivator segment equal to the trailed. It is designed to never compromise on its exact depth precision and high field performance. It is easy to handle and its extreme robust frame guarantees an exceptional long working life.

Superior depth keeping

A key performance indicator of a cultivator tine is its ability to keep its high force to the soil at all times. This is where Cultus and Cultus HD stands out from the crowd. If meeting a heavy obstacle, the tine is able to fully release out of the soil to pass the obstacle while saving stress on tine and frame. When re-entering the soil, it will however keep its full power to quickly return to working position. In this way the machine is able to ensure an extremely accurate depth precision, resulting in excellent tillage results over the entire field.

MixIn doubles the effect

All Väderstad tine cultivators are equipped with the unique MixIn shin as standard.

The MixIn shin throws the material forwards instead of upwards, which otherwise is the usual direction. When it has landed, the material passes by the tines once again, and the mixing and crumbling effect is doubled.

The forward movement further enhances the straw distribution, leading to a more even crop emergence. The unique MixIn shin provide superior mixing and crumbling, without increasing fuel costs.

High performance star shaped levellers

High performance star shaped levellers

The rotating leveller ensures an optimal performance in varying conditions and handles residues very well. The star-shaped leveller discs are more forgiving than standard discs when adjusting working depth. This minimizes the need of adjustments.

Product concept

Zone 1 - Intensive loosening and mixing

Cultus and Cultus HD provides an intense mixing and loosening. The Cultus tine delivers 1058 lbs release force and a working depth down to 9.8 in, while Cultus HD provide 1499 lbs release force and 11.8 in working depth. 

Zone 2 - Levelling

Rubber-suspended levellers with maintenance-free bearings leave a very smooth surface.

Zone 3 - Reconsolidation

The rubber suspended packer reconsolidates the soil profile, at full working depth of the machine.
